Andante Pediatric Therapy is a strengths-based pediatric practice providing mobile, in-home occupational therapy services for children ages 6 months to 9 years. We are seeking compassionate and motivated clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, neuro-affirming care in children’s natural environments, including homes, preschools, and daycare settings.

Rolling Applications
We review applications on an ongoing basis and often reach out to qualified clinicians within our professional network before posting positions publicly. We welcome applications at any time and are always excited to connect with therapists who may be a great fit for our growing team.

Why the Andante Path Is Different

Therapy in Natural Settings

We believe therapy is most meaningful when it happens where life unfolds. By working in homes and early learning environments, we partner with families and educators to seamlessly integrate therapeutic strategies into children’s everyday routines.

A Strengths-Based Lens

We don’t focus on “fixing” deficits—we uncover and build upon each child’s strengths. This philosophy extends to our team culture as well: we value your unique clinical perspective and actively support your professional growth.

Flexible Autonomy

We trust clinicians to do their best work when they feel supported and balanced. Enjoy the flexibility to manage your caseload and design a schedule that aligns with your lifestyle.
