About Andante Pediatric Therapy
Growing strong at just the right pace.
A strengths-based pediatric therapy practice supporting children and families through compassionate, neuro-affirming care in natural environments.
Our Heart & Philosophy
At Andante Pediatric Therapy, our name is our promise. In music, Andante represents a tempo that is slow, steady, and intentional. We believe children grow best when they are supported at their own natural pace—not rushed, not compared, and never pressured.
Every child’s journey is unique. Our role is to walk alongside them with patience, compassion, and respect, creating a therapeutic experience that feels safe, encouraging, and empowering for both children and their families.
A Different Way to Grow
Traditional therapy often focuses on what a child struggles with. While skill development matters, an over-focus on “fixing” challenges can unintentionally impact confidence and self-esteem.
At Andante, we take a different approach. We begin by recognizing each child’s strengths, interests, and individuality. When children feel seen and valued for who they are, meaningful growth follows naturally.
We don’t aim to change children—we help them build confidence in themselves while developing the skills they need for everyday life.
The Andante Way
-

Discover the Strength
Every child has a unique spark. We begin by looking beyond labels to uncover your child’s natural interests, strengths, and ways of engaging with the world—because confidence grows when a child feels truly seen.
-

Bridge to Daily Skills
We connect your child’s strengths to everyday life. Through play-based, meaningful activities, we support the development of functional skills that fit naturally into daily routines at home, school, and in the community.
-

Explore the Future
By honoring who your child is today, we help build the confidence they need for tomorrow. Our goal is to nurture independence, self-belief, and lifelong skills—at a pace that feels steady, supportive, and empowering.
